Barrecode classes focus on the lower body and core, developing strength and flexibility from the ankles up though the calves, knees, thighs, glutes and abdominals. Holding muscles in contraction for extended periods frequently leads to them shaking as they fatigue. This is particularly true of thighs, as the quadriceps tire. 

 Core exercises are those that use your trunk without support, like push-ups, sit-ups, and abdominal crunches. These exercises strengthen and train your lower back, hips, abdomen and pelvis to work together for better balance and stability.

Rock FITT (Fun.Intense.Toning & Training) body muscle conditioning class that will add strength utilizing free weights or dumbbells and body weight movement. This class will help you attain and maintain your body physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective. ROCK FITT will concentrate on the upper body conditioning while engaging your core. 

The individual works at maximum intensity for 30 seconds, followed by 15 seconds of rest.  This class will feature low impact and high impact modifications. 

A chair is OPTIONAL for ROCK FIT, for those who are injured or have a previous injury or for those who would prefer a lower modified muscle toning class. 


BAND IT UP is a full body conditioning class that employs resistance loop bands to sculpt and tone the legs, glutes and core. No booty muscle goes untouched.


What is resistance bands training good for?

To build strength – each band exerts a particular amount of force on your muscles when stretched and can be used in both upper and lower body training. To improve mobility – resistance bands are a great way to help you improve your flexibility, but you can also use them to improve joint mobility.


Zumba Step is a lower-body workout that incorporates Zumba routines and step aerobics with Latin dance rhythms
